My name is Elaine Henson and I extend a warm welcome to you. Having worked in an office previously for thirty years, it was while I was experiencing a back problem that I first had personal experience of Reflexology. I found it to be enormously helpful and so my interest in this therapy was awakened. The rest as they say is history, and I realised my dream in 2005 when I gained my Practitioner's certificate in Reflexology. I am a fully qualified member of the Association of Reflexology, which is the largest independent professional organisation for Reflexology in the Country.

Now based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, I am within easy access of Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, Higham Ferrers, Raunds and surrounding villages. My comfortable therapy room promotes relaxation and is situated on the ground floor level, making it suitable for the less mobile and good parking facilities are also available.
